My name is Brooke Lowden.  I am a mortgage banker with Pinnacle Bank.  I cover Commerce, East Athens and West Athens.  I have been with Pinnacle since August of 2022.  I love helping borrowers with their financing and seeing their face when they get the keys to their new home.  It is especially rewarding for first-time homebuyers.  

From my earliest memories, I felt a deep connection to the art of interior design. I knew it was more than just a talent; it was a God-given gift that urged me to use this skill for a purpose greater than myself. Throughout my schooling and career, I was most intrigued by the health and wellbeing benefits that interior design offers. This is exactly the life-changing work I enjoy the most. My passion and goal is to make a positive and meaningful impact on the lives of others, one home at a time!

Originally from Florida, I have proudly been able to call Jackson County, Georgia home for the past 5 years. I love this community and enjoy getting involved however I can whenever there is a need. I am a wife and mother of two.

My name is Amy Carter. Charmaine Augustin attributes her passion for people and warm and easy-going nature as well as her leadership trajectory to growing up as a middle child in a large family of seven siblings. She is currently on a break from pursuing her Doctoral degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and holds a master’s degree in the same discipline. She is the mother of three amazing sons; Sam an honors graduate at NYU Tisch (who can be seen on the newest national McDonald’s QPC Commercial and Big Shot Season 2 on Disney Plus), Jacob a recent graduate at NYU Tisch, and Nathaniel is a rising Sophomore at Pace University on a Presidential Merit Scholarship! She has been married to her husband for 26 years. She is a member of Toastmasters International, Gwinnett County Literacy Advisory Council, and Board Member of the Braselton Friends of the Library and a Certified Diversity Executive. She is a Vice President Branch Manager, a career she has enjoyed for over 30 years.
